Instructor Bio:

Kelly Faunce is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who received her Undergraduate Degree (BS) in Elementary and Special Education from Mount St. Mary’s (MSM) University in Maryland. She played Division One Lacrosse at MSM and finished with 115 points in her career. Her experience as a student-athlete fostered the drive necessary to grow personally and professionally. Kelly worked as a Special Education teacher for five years before pursuing her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a special education teacher, she fell in love with behavioral interventions and concepts to be applied across all settings. She earned her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in September of 2021, and began working in the ABA clinic setting in June 2022. She is currently in year one of a Doctoral program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a focus on Behavior Analysis. Kelly is inspired by the application of behaviorally analytic interventions to health, sport, and fitness which brought her to TeamABA. As a practitioner, she seeks to help clients develop positive routines, goals, and health behaviors to optimize mental and physical health. She is a driven professional who uses evidence based practices to promote growth in clients and professionals alike. Kelly is excited to work with such a positive group of professionals who are focused on client progress and development!
