Trainees enrolled in the Elite Supervision program at TeamABA University may work locally with athletes and clients or may be invited to work with active TeamABA clients remotely to achieve their dreams of applying behavior analytic strategies to new clients with confidence. Our goal for all trainees is to get real world experience, high quality mentorship, new applicable skillsets, and the opportunity to connect with others who are interested in and actively serving the health, sports, and wellness communities. Behavior analysts who are pursuing certification or have already achieved their "big letters" will both benefit from expert instruction, dynamic group interactions, and applied practice with real clients! All enrollees will get the chance to work with expert supervisors, join small group skill and chart share sessions, and be exposed to the professional development they need to become a leader in their practice.

Supplementary Experience Accrual

Trainees in this option are able to add unrestricted supervised experiences to their current field experience hour accrual. Trainees may join group supervision and study sessions as well as identify 1-2 clients they would like to have experience with as they prepare to test.

Post-Certification Scope Expansion

Recieve Supervision from Doctoral Level Practitioners While Expanding Clinical Services into New Populations

For those who are already certified behavior analysts, this option allows a custom path toward expanding the scope of practice from more traditional areas into wellness, coaching, sports performance, and fitness. Trainees are not required to accrue a minimum number of hours in this option, but will be matched with appropriate cases and supervisors to assist them in developing key generalization skills.

Join our study scrimmages, journal/book clubs, or tutoring teams and prepare for the BACB exam

Each month, our elite supervision trainees are invited to join a wide range of small group training sessions focused on generalizing the philosophical underpinnings and concepts and principles of behavior analysis to study tools that use sports, health, and fitness examples. These sessions are open to a limited number of additional guests and are, at times, eligible for CE units.   • What are the pricing options for TeamABA's Elite Supervision Training Program?

    Individual Supervision Packages: Accrue required supervised experiences with doctoral and master's level supervisors currently practicing in health, sports, and fitness. Learn to apply basic concepts from coursework to real cases locally or remotely. 1 Month: $85 per hour for four hours minimum 1:1 meetings per month plus the option to attend one group supervision session 3 Months: $80 per hour for four hours minimum plus up to one group supervision included at no additional cost 6+ Months: $75 per hour for a minimum of four hours per month; may attend all group supervision sessions at no additional cost Supplementary Supervision Packages: Unrestricted hours, case studies, and experience to supplement or expand a current traditional field experience 2 hours of individual supervision plus 1 group per month: $200 4 hours of individual supervision plus 1-2 groups per month: $300 Custom plans: Contact for rates and availability Post-certification Packages: Contact for rates and availability

  • Do I need to have my own clients in order to join TeamABA's Elite Supervision Training program?

    No! Trainees all have the option to practice their skills independently with local (to them) athletes or clients. If that is not an option, trainees can also choose to join a real-world case team with their supervisors and work with some of the amazing athletes and clients that TeamABA serves every day!

  • What does a group supervision session look like?
